Coffee fans of the world unite! This handcrafted pour over coffee stand adds a bit of industrial flair to your kitchen counter, while allowing you to create your perfect cup!
Resting a top a strudy copper base, the Yakisugi ("Grilled Cedar") wooden shelf is constructed of reclaimed cedar planks that have been restored, run through the planer and sanded smooth prior to having the surface burnt with a torch. The planks are then brushed with a wire brush to create some truly incredible textures. Finally, a coat of protective oil is applied to preserve and protect the finish. This centuries old Japanese process, called Shou Sugi Ban, involves no stains or colour pigmentation at all. What you see is achieved entirely through the burning and brushing process.
The Shou Sugi Ban process will produce unique grain textures that will ensure each set is one of a kind!
Our stands are designed to use the Hario V60 Coffee Dripper (Size 02). Hario is a Japanese company that creates some of the highest quality coffee drippers avaialble.
