What is your return policy?
Have you received your new industrial decor piece and aren't quite thrilled with it, or it wasn't what you expected? No worries - we gladly accept returns. Simply contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation to let us know. We'll get in touch with you to determine the best solution. If a return is decided upon, we ask that you ship the item back within 7 business days of delivery. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price. Unfortunately, we can not issue refunds for the original shipping cost.
Conditions of Return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
